I have been cutting for about 24 years. I grew up cutting trees and selling firewood, so I have used about every brand and style of saw. It is clear that this saw was built to compete with top Husky and Stihl saws. Is it as good as Husky or Stihl? No, it is better. I can say this without hesitation, buy this saw now! I have had homeowner class, and pro saws of many sizes and types and this one tops all of them. It is comparable in weight and size to a farm boss, or rancher (slightly heavier), but is way more powerful and built to take abuse without falling apart or being in the shop all the time.
