Bought this 1 month ago. I've used it fairly hard- about 4 cords of various hardwood so far.
No major complaints. A few things to remember. Not a Stihl but saws as good as any other brand and kept pace with my friends Stihl O36. Of course it cost a lot less. 2 cycle mix is 25:1 not the 50:1 to which we are accustomed. There is a learning curve to getting the chain back on but is easy once you do it a few times. Didn't really see any local dealers or authorized repair shops but if it lasts 2 years, I'll buy another at $100.

This chainsaw, for the money you can't beat it. It works fine I had no problems cutting 2 cords of wood red and white oak I have the 18" bar, the saw is very powerful I would say it's a match to my Husy 141 If it will last as long I don't know. This is a good backyard saw the or a back up saw the only thing I don't care for is ( Chain Tightener)the way you have to tighten the chain It is on the cover not on the saw it self other than that it's worth the money. I only paid $105 dollars that was with shipping.

k, so i got my chainsaw!! YAY.
now the fun stuff....
FIRST OFF, motor is made with aluminum and so is the main handle over the motor.
NEXT, the rest is cheap plastic. handles, caps, trim, choke, shell, and more.
BE CAUTIOUS WHEN U GRAB IT!!! i burned myself pretty bad today because the front of the saw by the blade is exposed and extremely dangerous.
next.... the lil gas box included measures fuel perfect so no guessing. its also easy to carry and not too heavy. next.... the blade and chain when on fairly easy.
i havent cleaned mine yet its only seen 1 day of use. but ill clean it tomorrow.
AND NOW THE BAD....
when sawing the chain can often stop moving... not sure if thats normal cuz this is my first chainsaw and first time using one.
next... i hate how plasticy this thing is... they shoulda used steel or even more aluminum.
