This is the worst case of poor customer service by supplier to amazon. I got the hose but no nozzle. First I was told bt the vendor that the nozzle was an additional $30. When I directed him to the amazon site that clearly shows the nozzle and the hose at one price, he said they were out ofstock. Wouldn't be in stock til 7/10/11. That date is now gone and on 8/5 I will return the product. Never got a chance to use it.
